I have paid a LOT of money for high-res scenery addons, top of range hardware and 4K monitors which can show the amazing detail that the sim is now able to offer. In V5, it's like permanently flying in fog at anything over 12000ft. Many of us fly mainly complex airliners at high altitude. Some may say that haze is realistic, but my point is this. It's not connected with Active Sky weather addon either, as I've tested several flights without it being loaded. A new feature in v5 appears to be default haze, irrespective of whether using EA or default shaders, and it's impossible to completely remove this (have tried with Volumetric Fog option both off and on and with various weather options and terrain/autogen draw distances etc ). Have used P3D since v3, and flight sims since FS98.
